Introducing Our FREE Fire Watch Assistance Program

Dear Tampa Bay Community,

At REDLINE Fire Watch we believe that fire safety is a top priority for families residing in multi-family dwellings. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new Fire Watch Assistance Program, aimed at providing essential safety services to low-income apartment complexes.

We understand that not every property owner has the resources to invest in comprehensive fire safety measures. That’s why we’re stepping in to fill the gap. With our Fire Watch Assistance Program, we’re offering the first 24 hours of fire watch services absolutely free of charge to one eligible low-income apartment complex every month.

Criteria for Eligibility:

To qualify for our Fire Watch Assistance Program, apartment complexes must meet the following criteria:

    1. Low-Income Status: The property must be designated as low-income housing, serving residents who may face financial barriers to accessing essential services. I.e. TampaHA or Tampa Housing Programs
    2. Size of Complex: The apartment complex should have a maximum of 4 buildings or 32 units.
    3. Location: The property must be located within Pasco or Hillsborough county to be considered for the program. Link to Tampa Fire Rescue if you’re within city limits.
    4. Compliance: The property must demonstrate compliance with local fire safety regulations and codes.
    5. Need-Based Assessment: We will conduct a need-based assessment to determine the level of assistance required and prioritize properties with the greatest need.

How to Apply:

If you believe your apartment complex meets the eligibility criteria for our Fire Watch Assistance Program, we encourage you to reach out to us today by calling 833-733-9824, or visiting our contact us page. Our team will work closely with you to assess your needs and develop a tailored plan to enhance fire safety at your property.

At REDLINE Fire Watch, we’re committed to building safer communities for all. By offering our expertise and resources through initiatives like the Fire Watch Assistance Program, we hope to empower property owners and residents to prioritize safety and well-being.
